By using this site or purchasing a package from us, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or purchase our software.
2. What we offer
We sell full source-code loot box / case-opening platform packages (Starter, Business, Enterprise) and custom development services, as described on our Pricing and Custom Development pages. We are a software vendor — we build and deliver the platform. We do not operate any live gambling, betting, or case-opening service ourselves.
3. You are the operator, not us
If you purchase and deploy our software, you — not us — are the operator of that platform. You are solely responsible for: obtaining any gambling, gaming, or e-commerce licenses required in the jurisdictions where you operate; age verification and responsible-gambling controls for your users; tax, consumer-protection, and any other applicable law; and all content, pricing, and business decisions on your deployment. We provide software, not a license to operate a regulated business.
4. No gambling, investment, or legal advice
Nothing on this site is gambling, investment, financial, or legal advice. Statistics and examples shown (e.g. on our platform preview) come from a demo/reference build and do not represent real-money outcomes or returns.
5. Payment and refunds
Payment terms are agreed individually per order. See our Refund Policy for when refunds are and aren't available.
6. Intellectual property and license
The source code we deliver is licensed to you, not sold outright as public-domain code — see our Software License page for the exact terms of what you can and can't do with it.
7. "As is" and limitation of liability
The software is delivered "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or operation of the software, including regulatory penalties incurred from operating without required licenses.
8. Governing law
The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms will be specified here once our legal entity is registered.
