Software License

1. What you're getting
Each package (Starter, Business, or Enterprise) includes a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, and commercially operate the source code delivered to you, for the number of deployments and scope agreed at purchase.
2. What you can do
Deploy the software as your own branded platform; modify the code freely for your own use; and operate it commercially without paying us a revenue share.
3. What you can't do
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code itself (or a modified version of it) as a competing product, template, or white-label offering to third parties; claim authorship of the original codebase; or remove license/copyright notices from the source where present.
4. Ownership
You own your deployment, your brand, your data, and any custom modifications you make. We retain ownership of the underlying original codebase and its intellectual property, licensed to you under the terms above.
5. Support
Support scope and duration depend on your package tier — see the Pricing page for what's included, and our Additionally section for extended support options.
6. Termination
This license may be terminated if you breach the restrictions in section 3. Termination doesn't affect deployments already running in good faith prior to the breach being identified and doesn't entitle you to a refund for the license already delivered.
