1. Who we are
This site is operated by the Lootbox Software Provider team. We are in the process of registering a legal entity; until that's complete, this policy describes our actual data practices in good faith, and we'll add the registered company name, number, and address here as soon as they exist.
2. What we collect
When you submit the contact/demo request form, we collect: your name, email address, preferred contact method and value (e.g. a Telegram handle), your stated experience level, a free-text project description, the package you're interested in, your selected language, and standard marketing attribution parameters (UTM tags) if present in the URL you arrived from. We do not ask for or store payment card details on this site.
3. How we use it
Solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote or proposal, and — if you become a client — deliver and support the software you purchase. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Where it goes
Form submissions are forwarded internally to our team via a private messaging channel and/or a private spreadsheet, for the sole purpose of following up with you. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, aggregated analytics service. It reports things like page views and referrers without setting tracking cookies or building a personal profile of individual visitors. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, if we don't hear back, for up to 24 months afterward in case you re-engage. You can ask us to delete your data earlier at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights under data protection law (for example, the GDPR in the EU/UK, or the CCPA in California) to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, or object to how we use it. 8. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
